• African Americans contract new cases of HIV infection 7 times more often than Whites. Hispanics contract it more than twice as fast as whites.

These disparities show an overwhelming need for health care reform in the American health system. This should not be the norm for the United States. All residents should enjoy equal and easy access to good quality health care.
